GENERAL INFORMATION
BACKPACK/BAG POLICY
For security reasons during the Because of the Times conference, all backpacks, bags and packages are subject to inspection. Random checks may be held. Please be ready to assist us to expedite your entry. We request that any unnecessary bags or packages be locked in your vehicle and stowed out of sight.
CAMPUS RESET
Campus Reset will take place from 3:30PM to 5:30PM each day. During this time the entire campus will be closed with the exception of the parking lots and prayer rooms.
DOORS OPEN
Sanctuary doors open at 6:00 pm for all evening services and 9:00 am for all day services.
ELEVATOR
Handicapped access to the second floor is available via the elevator located near the stairwell in the adult prayer room.
FIRST AID / MEDICAL
A first aid station will be open from 9:00 am until the close of the evening service. It is located near the ushers office. See an usher or hostess for assistance. The first aid station will have medical staff available and is equipped to manage most minor illnesses and injuries. If further medical care is needed, we can assist you in locating the appropriate services.
HOSPITALITY LOUNGE - COMPLIMENTARY COFFEE
The BOTT Hospitality Lounge is located at the entrance of the G.A. Mangun Center near the White Steeple Bookstore (see campus map for reference). Stop by for a fresh cup of complimentary coffee. Light snacks are available for purchase.
HOSPITALITY STATIONS
Please visit our Hospitality Stations located in the main sanctuary foyer and portico for mobile device charging, mints, tissues, treats, etc.
LOST & FOUND
Lost & Found is located in the Ushers’ Office.
PARKING /TRANSPORTATION
Parking may be inconvenient due to high capacity crowds. Please follow directions from parking attendants. If possible, carpool from your hotel. Should emergency transportation back to area hotels be necessary, contact the Ushers’ Office.
PRAYER ROOMS
The prayer rooms behind the Sanctuary will open at 7:00 am each morning and remain open throughout the day. Prayer room hours will not be affected by our Campus Reset.
RESTROOMS
Restrooms are located on the upper and lower levels of the main complex, G.A. Mangun Center, and Family Life Center.
SEATING
All seating is for registered participants only. Please have your ticket or phone readily available. Children are not allowed in the sanctuary. Please keep all personal belongings with you at all times as we are not responsible for unattended items.
WIFI
We invite you to join our guest wifi (BOTT) for the duration of the conference. Password is bott2024.

BOTT CHILD CARE
BOTT Child Care is provided for children from six weeks through three years of age. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate children who have reached their fourth birthday and beyond.
BOTT Child Care will open 30 minutes prior to service times for all evening services & day sessions.
When you registered your child for BOTT Child Care, he/she was assigned a BOTT Child Care number. Should your child, or a BOTT Child Care staff member, need your assistance during a service, you will be contacted by text on your cellular phone. If this occurs, please respond to the text. Please, do not go directly to BOTT Child Care. The BOTT Child Care attendant will notify you via text if your presence is needed.
LOCATIONS
BOTT Child Care is located behind the White Steeple Bookstore and at the Family Life Center. Rooms are designated by ages:
• The Child Care Wing will accommodate children from 6-weeks to 12-months. This age group checks in at the Wonderland Wing located on the first floor.
• Children ages 13-months through 3-years of age are in the Family Life Center. This age group checks in at the rear entrance (back parking lot) of that building.
BOTT CHILD CARE SPECIALTY ROOMS
The BOTT Child Care Parent’s Room is located in the back of the GAMC. This room may be reached by entering through the side door of the GAMC that is located opposite the Sanctuary. Once inside, continue down the hallway and follow the signage. Should your child be unhappy in BOTT Child Care, and you need to take him/her out of childcare, this room is available for your use. Please remember children are not allowed in the Main Sanctuary during Because of the Times services. Because of the high volume of traffic in our lobby areas, we also discourage parents from lingering in the lobby with their children. Please feel free to utilize the Parent’s Room at any time during BOTT.
A Nursing Mothers Room is available in the Wonderland west wing suite during all services. You are responsible for returning to the childcare facility in a timely manner to maintain your child’s feeding schedule. We ask you to be conscious of the time; please help us by coming to BOTT Child Care before your child is inconsolable. Please text the BOTT Child Care number so the attendant can let your child’s Room Captain know you are on your way. By following this procedure, our BOTT Child Care workers can be prepared to release your child to you.
